He is currently the Executive Director of Governance, Risk and Assurance at Action on Hearing Loss.
In this role. he has led a root-and-branch corporate governance review, making significant changes to the way the board and the charity operate.
He has also been part of the leadership team supporting the organisation to develop a new strategy to increase the reach and impact on those who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.
Prior to this role, Steve had a senior governance role at the disability charity Scope where he was closely involved in the development of a transformational strategy.
Steve is a keen runner and cyclist. He lives in London but enjoys going to see Carlisle United whenever he can.
