Dr Tom Paulson is our Head of Performance Pathway while Liz Fisher is on Maternity Leave.
He is responsible for talent identification, Home Nation alignment and implementation of the Performance Pathway.
He has plenty of experience, having worked with British Athletics, UK Sports Institute and GB Wheelchair Rugby. He has also worked with ParalympicsGB during the Tokyo and Beijing Games cycles, taking on the role of Deputy Cef de Mission.
