Viv is our Operations Manager and keeps everything running smoothly.

Sher has been with us since 2019 but, before that, she was Performance Operations Manager with the British Sailing team.

She is responsible for budget control, invoices, payments, flights, insurance, anti-doping, committees, calendars, logistics, audits, and she’s company secretary. You name it, Viv does it!
