He’s won the England National Championships three times. At the UK Team and Pairs competition in 2023, he won gold in the BC1/2 Team event with David Smith OBE and Kayleigh Haggo.
But he has also enjoyed success internationally. At the Poznań 2022 World Boccia Intercontinental Challenger, he secured a bronze, competing for Boccia UK.
He first discovered boccia when his school encouraged him to go along to the Fast Track Event at the London 2012 Paralympic Games in Bath.
Reshad is particularly passionate about how the sport has helped him personally with his own mental health.
He enjoys giving back to his community and is a Team Leader at PACE Charitable Trust. He has even received the Queens Award for voluntary organizations to recognize his contribution. He was also named Ealing Adult Sport Person of the year 2022.
Reshad is an avid fan of hip hop music and loves watching all sports including football, tennis, darts, cricket, golf and Formula 1.
